SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, excluding holidays.
Once order payment has been received and approved, orders are processed from the West Coast USA and shipped via the shipping carrier you select at checkout.
We offer complimentary shipping in the USA and Canada on orders over $130 USD.
You will receive an order receipt by email when shipment is confirmed and a second email with tracking number information when your order has been shipped.
ROOD by sylvie rood is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we do not have any control of the package once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. We are unable to refund or replace stolen/un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any extra costs when your package arrives in the destination country.
If your package gets sent back due to an incorrect address, not being found, or going unclaimed, we'll need you to cover the cost of resending it. But don’t worry—if it’s our mistake, we’ll fix it at no extra charge! So, double-check that your address is correct and up-to-date, and make sure someone’s there to receive your package.
ROOD reserves the right to cancel and refund any order due to a pricing error or for any other reason.
