We pride ourselves on delivering you pieces that will be treasured items in your wardrobe for seasons to come. If for some reason your order doesn’t meet your desires, we offer EXCHANGES ONLY.
Why exchanges only? We are a small business and we believe in conscious consuming, this is the practice of mindfully and intentionally buying and using products as a statement of values. Send us a message if you need to discuss this point further. We thank you for joining our community!
If there is a fault in production you must send an email explaining in detail what the problem is. You may be asked to provide a digital photo of the problem. Do not return anything before you have a confirmation email from our team.

OUR CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
ROOD Items must be:
1. Returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. (Weekends & US public holidays are not included)
2. Returned in the package in which it came, with all original tags and labels attached. If tags are removed, the order CANNOT be exchanged.
3. In new condition, both unworn and unwashed. If items are worn or damaged by personal use, the order CANNOT be exchanged.
Items that do not adhere to our return/exchange policy will not be eligible for exchange. In this case, we will notify you and send back the item at the customer's expense. If we do not receive the shipping payment within 14 days of notification, the order will be discarded.
